Skegness, Mablethorpe and Newark Towns Deals will fund projects that involve the development of local skills.   

Mablethorpe Town Deal:  

• Campus for Future Living – a flagship project for Mablethorpe which will position the area at the forefront of medi-tech and care. It will provide a base for the development and testing of medi-tech applications, as well as the opportunity to train and develop people working in care.  
• Leisure and Learning Hub – a new purpose-built leisure facility to improve physical and mental wellbeing for the local community, as well as providing digital learning opportunities that will help people develop their careers.  

  Skegness Town Deal:  

• Skegness Learning Campus – a new, state-of-the-art learning campus will be built in Skegness, providing new training opportunities. Led by TEC Partnership, the campus will offer training in digital skills, motor vehicles, construction, engineering and much more.  
• Police Training Academy – a new police academy will be a base for the training and continuing professional development of police personnel.

Newark Town Deal – Air and Space Institute project:

• The Air and Space Institute (ASI) is a unique collaboration between Newark and Sherwood District Council, Lincoln Collage Group, the RAF and industry and a flagship project for the area.
• The new Air and Space Institute facility is already training the next generation of pilots, engineers and aviation ground crew – providing young people who dream of flying a plane or working in the aviation or space industries the opportunity to have that dream turned into reality.
